Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EasyFlow, operated by EASYFLOWAI PTY LTD (ABN 31 686 450 206). By creating an account or using EasyFlow you agree to these Terms. If you are using EasyFlow on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
EasyFlow is operations software for trade businesses: jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoices, purchase orders, timesheets and related features. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The first user to create an organisation is its owner and controls its subscription and members.
3. Subscriptions, billing & seats
- EasyFlow is offered on paid plans (Basic and Pro) priced as a monthly base fee plus a per-seat fee, in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- A “seat” is a purchased capacity unit. You may add seats at any time; added seats are billed from the next cycle. Reducing seats takes effect at the next cycle.
- Payment is collected in advance each cycle by our payment provider (Stripe) via Australian bank debit (BECS) or card. You authorise these recurring charges.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.
- If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend or limit access until the amount is paid.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you put into EasyFlow. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data you enter, including any employee or payroll information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse EasyFlow, including by attempting to breach security, access other organisations’ data, reverse-engineer the service, resell it without authorisation, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Third-party integrations
EasyFlow connects to third-party services (such as Xero) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where permitted, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of re-supply.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using EasyFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. data ownership, liability) survive.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and continued use means acceptance. Questions: malakye@easyflow.au.
