No fine print, no runaround: the stuff you actually want to know before you start.
How does the pricing work?
Two parts, plus a one-off setup fee. There’s a flat monthly base for your plan and a small per-seat rate for everyone who logs in, yourself included. There’s also a one-time $359 setup fee to get your account stood up, which drops to $179 if you sign up with a referral code. Set your crew size when you sign up, add a seat the moment you take someone on, and that’s it. Everything’s in AUD, ex GST, billed monthly, with no per-job charges and no nasty surprise at the end of the month.
Is there a free trial?
No. It’s month-to-month with no lock-in contract, so the first month is the trial: pick a plan, we’ll have you running in days, and if it’s not earning its keep you walk away. If you’d like a proper look first, talk to us and we’ll walk you through it on your own jobs.
What’s the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic is the core operating loop: jobs, schedule, the org-wide calendar, quotes, invoices, POs, receipts and EOD, with activity feeds and global search across the lot. Everything you need to run the day. Pro stacks the profitability and visibility gear on top: live job margins with health bands, cost-visibility controls, best-price across your suppliers, site reports, and the issues and incidents boards: the stuff that earns its keep once you’ve got a few crews to keep honest. Need more grunt either way? Bolt on add-ons like Cash Flow Forecasting.
Will it actually fit my trade?
EasyFlow is built for Australian trades, around the way a trade business actually runs: quote the work, schedule the crew, order the materials, run the job, then invoice and get paid. That backbone is the same whether you’re glazing, doing sparky work, carpentry or plastering, so whatever you’re on the tools for, you’ve got every base covered from the first quote to the final invoice. Not sure it fits how you work? Talk to us and we’ll walk you through it on your own jobs.
What does EasyFlow actually replace?
The pile of half-systems you’re running now. Quote, schedule, order, deliver, invoice, report: every step lives in one connected system instead of a quoting app here, a spreadsheet there, and three versions of the schedule in three different heads. Win the work, run the crew, get paid and know your numbers, without stitching the story together from your inbox.
Does it work with Xero?
Yep. Raise and send an invoice in EasyFlow and it pushes straight into Xero, so you enter it once, not twice, and your books stay current. Your quotes and invoices are GST-aware from the start, so the tax treatment is right before anything leaves your hands. (The sync runs one way today: EasyFlow into Xero.)
Can my crew use it without seeing my margins?
Absolutely. That’s exactly what Cost Visibility is for. You decide who sees pricing, costs and margins and who doesn’t. Your installers can check the schedule, run the job and file their EOD report without ever laying eyes on what it’s making. Roles and permissions are yours to set, so everyone sees what they need and nothing they shouldn’t.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on both. EasyFlow is on the App Store and Google Play, and the web app runs in any browser. Same login, same live data, no stripped-back companion version: the crew files jobs, photos, receipts and hours from the phone in their pocket while you run quotes, invoicing and the schedule from the office.
How long until we’re up and running?
Days, not months. Sign up, pick your plan and crew size, and you’re in. We’ll help you bring your existing clients and data across with a concierge import, and full onboarding lands inside a fortnight, so you’re running real jobs through EasyFlow fast, not stuck in setup.
Run the trade. Not the paperwork.
Up and running in days, not months: concierge data import, onboarding inside two weeks, and support that knows the trade.
